THE MOMENT

December 2022: ELT leaders of the G.E. Aerospace core working team gathered both in-person and virtually for a working session on their strategic framework. Prior to the workshop, SYPartners (SYP) and I conducted in-person site visits to 3 US-based manufacturing facilities to interview employees and hold listening sessions. From the data collected, SYPartners and myself team then turned the quotes into an immersive experience with audio and visuals.

To create the immersive experience, we hired voice-over actors to record pre-selected quotes and compiled these voices into a binaural listening experience. This 12-speaker installation was surrounded by motion graphics of the quotes that displayed as they were spoken into the space. I worked with sound-master Peter Fedak to create the installation, sound (including factory-like white noises), and the motion graphics for the projectors.
